Santa's North Pole Hotline!

Talk to Santa at the North Pole

This is fun!  You can help the kiddos give a call to Santa at the North Pole and hear a fun Christmas message!  Kids (or grown folk!) can also leave a voice message with wish lists and greetings for Santa and his crew!  Just call (951) 262 - 3062!

Here's another fun Christmas surprise for the kiddos!  You can send a FREE Call from Santa or one of his Elves (there are several messages to choose from!) and watch the delight on little ones faces as they answer the call from the North Pole!  Might even be fun to send this to older kiddos who have stopped "believing"!

NOTE:  It looks like there is only 1 FREE phone call allowed per phone number, so maybe plan the call to come at a time when all of the kiddos are gathered together and put it on "speaker"?

Santa Letters

Here's a fun Christmas tradition you can surprise the kiddos with!  A letter from Santa all the way from the North Pole!

(The instructions can be a little confusing, but basically you will need 2 written letters and 2 envelopes with postage.)

  1. Have your child write a letter to Santa.
  2. Then you write Santa's response letter back to your child.
  3. Place Santa's response letter inside an envelope that is addressed back to your child (your home address), write something like "From Santa at the North Pole" for the return address, add correct postage to that envelope, and seal it.
  4. In another separate envelope, place your child’s letter to Santa and the sealed envelope (containing Santa's response letter) inside, seal it, add correct postage, and address it to:

North Pole Christmas Cancellation

Postmaster

5400 Mail Trail

Fairbanks, AK 99709-9998

OR

North Pole Postmark Postmaster
4141 Postmark Dr
Anchorage, AK 99530-9998

LETTERS MUST BE MAILED BY DECEMBER 15th!

The "North Pole" will open the main envelope (with your child's Santa letter and the sealed envelope with Santa's response letter) and throw away your child’s letter to Santa. They will cancel the stamp on the sealed envelope (with Santa's response letter inside) with "North Pole"and mail it back to your child!

Here are some helpful tips:

  • You can write Santa's response letter on a separate piece of paper or you can write it directly on the back of your child's letter to Santa so that you will have the letter as a keepsake!  I remember finding a few of my "Santa" letters as an adult and the memories they brought back were so fun!  I was glad to have those letters to add to my memory box!
  • You can type out Santa's response letter with a fun font or use a funny style of handwriting. We always do squiggly letters with loop-dee-loos in crayon or marker with our St. Nicholas letters!
  • Don't add anything to the main envelope that you would want back:  precious Santa photos, artwork, etc.
  • Add personal references to Santa's response letter!  Mention your child by their nickname, note accomplishments in school, good behaviors, volunteerism, a family pet, etc.

FREE Personalized Video Messages

Here's another fun deal!  You can create a FREE personalized video message from Santa!

Customize the video with your child's first name (you can use the drop-down box to find a close pronunciation of your child's name.  If the name is uncommon, or if you prefer, you can select a general greeting like "My Friend" or "Darling".), gender, a photo (optional), birthdate (you can also get a birthday video message!), country, and your relationship to the child.

You can also add in other "personal" touches about the child's "daily life" or a behavioral "goal" he or she is working on, and a gift the child is asking for.

Your completely personalized video will be ready within minutes!
